Students analyze the assigned readings related to each the theories presented in the course and complete the attached template. To begin the assignment, download the template to your computer and place information in the corresponding columns. The assignment must contain the specified information on, at a minimum, the theories listed in the template. Students are encouraged to place additional theories in the template. The goal of this assignment is for students to explore various models and theories about health behavior so that one of them can be applied to the DNP project the student has selected.
