Present a list of specific personnel budget reduction strategies (DO NOT CUT PROGRAMS, BUT ONLY HUMAN RESOURCE RELATED EXPENSES) and their consequences (using the information and data presented in the budget narrative). Be sure to provide specific dollar value reductions that will equal to the necessary budget cut
3. Present a final list of personnel budget reduction strategies with specific dollar amounts (adding to a 7% overall reduction) and describe the likely impact on departmental efficiency, effectiveness, employee attitudes and other key stakeholders (community, business, etc.).
4.
