Describe the results of the Work Environment Assessment you completed on your workplace.- My workplace scored a 68, which is considered barely healthy

Identify two things that surprised you about the results and one idea you believed prior to conducting the Assessment that was confirmed.- Two things that surprised me are how many classmates facilites scored lower than my facility and how difficult it was for me to score certain areas as I have worked at the same facility for years and have seen a lot of change/ One thing that was confirmed- that my facility scored a barely healthy work environment as this is high turnover and as charge and part of the rapid response team I hear complaints from my unit and others
