Then, describe two challenges related to professional development for the individuals in the case study. As the leader, how might you manage learner resistance to address these challenges? Describe two strategies you would use to ensure the transfer of learning for these individuals, and justify these strategies as effective methods. Finally, explain how you might adapt your approach if the learners were engaging in continuing professional education or professional development.
